Positive Songs, Kid Edition 2

Whether you have a child just getting to know these great songs or you grew up with them, our last Kid Edition was a surprising hit, so we put together another one!
1. I've Got a Dream - Tangled. We apologize over this song not being on the last one. We can only make blog posts so long, or you wouldn't read them! Here it is, so put down your tomatoes.
2. Dig a Little Deeper - The Princess and the Frog. We didn't think we would like the newer Disney movies, but this song has stuck with us since it came out. It's about not giving up on your hard work; dig a little deeper and finish the job!
3. Why Should I Worry? - Oliver and Company. It was argued that we should have picked this one over the other. Well, now you can have both. The incredible Billy Joel sings this for the movie, and the title describes the song perfectly.
4. How Far I'll Go - Moana. The newest of the Disney movies. It didn't quite replace Let it Go, but it has a similar message to Just Around the Riverbend from Pocahontas. The sea is calling to her, and she's trying to resist. She worries that once she starts, she may never stop.
5. Bare Necessities - The Jungle Book. One of the pillars of Disney songs. We sometimes sing this, even without a prompt. We're parents... it happens.
6. When You Wish Upon a Star - Pinnochio. The Disney Song. The one you hear before every Disney movie.
7. Zip-a-dee-do-dah - Song of the South. Racist movie? Yes? Good song? Also yes. We won't recommend the movie, but the song is a classic.
8. Get Back Up Again - Trolls. My own daughter scolded me for not having on a list sooner. She belts this out every day and has become her theme song. "If something goes a little wrong, well, you can go ahead and bring it on, but if you knock knock me over, I will get back up again."
9. Remember Me - Coco. We've yet to talk to a trucker who didn't make this their song to their loved one. "Remember me though I have to travel far. Remember each time you hear a sad guitar. Know that I'm with you the only way that I can be. Until you're in my arms again, remember me." A little sad in the movie, but such a great song. Award-winning!
10. Follow Your Heart - Thumbelina. Since it's not a Disney movie, it's not very well known, so if you need a break form whichever your child is currently stuck on, this is a cute movie with an all-star cast invluding Gilbert Godfried, Carol Channing, and Jodi Benson (the voice of Ariel!). This song is about shifting focus from what seems impossible to what you're capable of.
This concludes another positive song list! What do you think, another one? Maybe audio books? Let us know!
